Judy Zellers, CPA, CIA, Principal Auditor

Judy Zellers joined the City in 1986 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in accounting from San Diego State University. Judy has over 18 years of experience in leading and performing audits of City programs.

Judy is certified as an Internal Auditor and a Public Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
