These materials are not to be used for those activities that fall under the CDBG public service category 570.201(e).

HUD Regulations – The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a set of regulations that must be followed in order to be eligible for CDBG funding.

OMB Circulars - All federal fund subrecipients shall comply with the policies, guidelines, and requirements of OMB Circulars A-110 (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations), A-122 (Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations), and A-133 (Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations).

Consolidated Plan – This is the City of San Diego, Fiscal Year 2005 - 2009, Consolidated Plan submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

FY08 Annual Action Plan – The Annual Action Plan provides the one-year strategy to accomplish the City's five-year Consolidated Plan goals and is the foundation of the City's performance measurement system and federally regulated reporting efforts.
