Normal Heights is a predominantly residential community with a vibrant business district filled with an eclectic mix of small businesses along Adams Avenue. Best known for its popular Roots Festival and Adams Avenue Street Fair, Normal Heights also features one of District 3’s classic neon signs that hangs above Adams Avenue at Felton Street.
