QUALCOMM Stadium
The 20-year agreement between QUALCOMM and the City of San Diego provided funding to make greatly needed renovations at the Stadium which solidified San Diego's position as host City for Super Bowl XXXII. This multi-million dollar partnership provides lucrative benefits for both the City and Qualcomm.
Some of the highlights of the partnership include QUALCOMM's exclusive right to name the Stadium; extensive signage on-site for new Qualcomm name; guaranteed purchase agreement for season tickets to Chargers home games through 2001; reserved skybox suite for partner with ticket purchase guarantee; field passes; acknowledgement of Qualcomm in Super Bowl XXXII program and pre-game show; and Special Event tickets for Super Bowl parties.
