Special Holiday Hours

The downtown Development Services permitting center will close at the regular time, 3 p.m., on Friday, December 21st. The downtown Development Services permitting center will then be closed from Monday, December 24th, reopening on Wednesday, January 2nd, at 7 a.m.

Limited services will be available during this time as follows:

The Ridgehaven Field office will be open during this time period with limited staff to provide inspections and issue minor no-plan permits for plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. The field office will be open the regular hours, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the last permit issued at 3:30 p.m. The office will be CLOSED on Tuesday, December 25th, and Tuesday, January 1st.

The Neighborhood Code Compliance office will be available for emergency code compliance violations only, from Wednesday, December 6th, through Monday, December 31st. The NCC office will be CLOSED on Monday, December 24th, Tuesday, December 25th, and Tuesday, January 1st.
