San Diego Supplements to the GREENBOOK

The specifications contained herein take precedence over the specification language contained in the "GREENBOOK" Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, latest edition.

If there is a conflict between Supplemental Documents, the document highest in precedence shall control. The precedence shall be:

1. City of San Diego Supplement Amendments, latest edition
2. Regional Supplement Amendments to "GREENBOOK," latest edition

The intention of these supplements addresses the unique conditions in the City of San Diego and San Diego County that are not addressed in the GREENBOOK. Unless otherwise stated these supplemental specification shall take precedence over the GREENBOOK specifications.
