Monthly Immunization Clinic for Adults and Children - Monthly Immunization Clinics are held on first Friday of each month from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. at the Clairemont Community Service Center, 4731 Clairemont Drive at Lakehurst Ave, in the Clairemont Town Square Shopping Center. Immunization for all ages, no appointment needed. Free immunizations for children under two years. Please bring your immunization card with you if you have one.
