Requesting Bi-Weekly New Business Listings File

The Office of the City Treasurer's Business Tax Division publishes a New Business Listings file twice a month on the 1st and 16th. The file contains all new businesses that have registered with our office within a two week period. The file is provided in .csv and .pdf formats, and contains the following public information:

Business Owner Name, Business Name, Business Address, Start Date, Expiration Date, NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code, Business Type, Business Ownership Type, Business Telephone Number

If you are interested in receiving bi-weekly notification when this data is updated, please provide your e-mail address in the space below. A link to the updated notice will be e-mailed to you around the 1st and 16th of each month. Please remember to delete your e-mail address if you are no longer interested in receiving the notice. To update your e-mail address, you'll need to delete your old address, then add your new address.

New Business Listing Archives

Current year business listings and previous year business listings are provided in .csv and .pdf formats. Excel or other spreadsheet applications will automatically recognize the .csv file extension and import the data into appropriate columns. Current Master Business Listings (MBL) file

To access a current master listing of all businesses registered with this office, visit the Master Business Listings web page. The file is updated on a monthly basis.
