Hearing to Discuss Rate Increases Set for Nov. 17, 2008
The San Diego City Council will be holding a public hearing to consider proposed adjustments in water rates on November 17, 2008, at 2 p.m. At this hearing the Council will consider the recommendation to increase water rates to recover the increased cost charged by the County Water Authority for wholesale water; and a separate water rate increase to fund the Council-approved Indirect Potable Reuse/Reservoir Augmentation Demonstration Project.
